Museum leaders Bobby Horner, Calvin Smith, and Jeff Aresty recently appeared on The Ann Harder Show to discuss a series of exciting collaborative initiatives that are shaping the future of the museum.

During the June 9, 2025 episode—now available on YouTube—the conversation focused on new cooperative ventures that will become part of the museum’s ongoing renovation process, including the creation of a time capsule designed to capture this pivotal moment in the institution’s history.

The discussion also highlighted continued coordination with the Jacob de Cordova Society and the Youth Innovation Studio, reflecting a shared commitment to education, innovation, and community engagement.

In addition, Horner, Smith, and Aresty spoke about a partnership with the Triple Win, which will bring high school students to Waco this summer for an immersive institute. As part of the program, students will film and document historic locations throughout the city—content that will support and enhance future interpretation and storytelling within the museum.

Together, these initiatives underscore the museum’s evolving role as a collaborative, forward-looking institution—one that connects history, education, and community partnerships to create meaningful experiences for future generations.
